Personal data processing · Law 1581 of 2012 (habeas data)
Draft. We wrote it from what the game actually does today, and no lawyer has reviewed it yet. The registered company name is still missing too.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Fire Tower Games, domiciled in Colombia, is the data controller. To exercise your rights, write to us at contact@firetower.games.
2. What is collected, exactly
- From your account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the identifier Google returns.
- From your manager profile: first and last name, nationality, avatar gender, language and visual theme. The date of birth requested is the character's, not yours, and is therefore not personal data about you.
- From the game: what you do with your team — decisions, results, in-game finances, and the messages you write in chat and community.
- Technical: the notification token if you allow it, and the platform's own logs.
3. What for
To run your account and the championship, to show you to other players inside the game (your manager name is public), to moderate the community, to send you weekend notices if you accept them, and to improve the game.
4. Who else sees it
The infrastructure is Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting and messaging), acting as data processor, and it may store the information outside Colombia. Data is never sold, nor shared with third parties for advertising.
5. Your rights
You may access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw your authorisation, by writing to the contact address. Deleting your account removes your profile; a team's sporting record may be kept anonymously, because it is part of everyone else's championship history.
6. Minors
The game does not ask for or store your real date of birth: the one you choose when creating your manager is the character's. On opening an account you declare that you are of legal age or have your parents' or guardians' permission. If you are their guardian and want us to close a minor's account, write to us.
